How we live within a rhythm of rest, worship, and joy

This is the fourth week of our summer sermon series entitled Guardrails. In this series, we are covering one of the ten commandments every Sunday. We’re looking at how each of God’s commands are boundaries that create beauty, fences that reduce fear and expand freedom, and guardrails that increase protection. These commands flow from the heart of a loving Father who wants abundant life for His children. This week we cover the fourth commandment and how it protects us and future generations from distraction and burnout.
