Curious 2 – Is the apocrypha scripture, heresy, or something else?

This is the fourth week of our sermon series entitled Curious 2. In this series, we are getting questions texted in from the congregation and answering those questions to the best of our ability. This week we’ll answer a new question: What are your thoughts on the apocrypha? Should we consider them scripture, heresy or something else?  This week we’ll unpack church history and the formation of the Bible. We’ll discuss what’s in the apocrypha and whether it should be treated as Holy Scripture. Let’s watch and learn the importance of knowing our own church history and handling God’s word correctly.
